Aaron's Basketball Season Keeps Rolling On

Currently, the Tiger basketball team is playing their best ball of the season... peaking at the right time. Stewartville has won 11 out of their last 12 games and their over all record is 17-4. Aaron has consistently made improvements this year adjusting to the physical nature of varsity action. In each game, different players rise to the occasion to help the team win. The boys have two regular season games left and a conference championship game versus Goodhue before playoffs begin.

Two For Two

Drew's traveling basketball team has played in two basketball tournaments so far this winter...winning both tournaments. Last weekend, they won their first tournament in Lyle. The boys played very well and all 15 boys played equal playing time.

The coaching staff decided to divide the team into two teams for the Austin tournament...both teams won two games to get to the finals. Unfortunately, they had to play each other. But it was a win win situation! Everyone got to play a lot and the team still ended up with top honors.

Its February Madness Baby

Both Aaron and Drew have been keeping busy playing basketball. Aaron's team is currently 12-3 overall. They have won 5 in a row and have been playing very well. Drew has had two scrimmages so far. His season really starts in a couple of weeks...4 straight weekend tournaments.
